Article 1 Terms of Use

In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and the Individual Regulations, the latter shall prevail. These terms and the Individual Regulations ('Terms, etc.') may be changed at any time without prior notice to users, at the discretion of the operating team. Changes to these terms, etc. take effect from the time they are displayed on the terms page, unless otherwise specified by the operating team. Continued use of this service by users after such changes implies agreement to the revised terms, etc.

Article 4 Changes to This Service

The operating team may change, add, interrupt, or terminate all or part of this service for any reason at any time ('Changes, etc.'). The operating team may make all or part of this service payable. The operating team is not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to changes to this service.

Article 5 Cancellation of Registration, Suspension of Service Use

The operating team may cancel the user rights without prior notice if a member is deemed to have engaged in the following: Violation of these terms, etc., or other reasons deemed inappropriate by the operating team. The operating team is not responsible for any damages incurred by users in such cases. The operating team is not obligated to continue holding the user's content in such cases.

Article 6 Preparation of the Usage Environment

Users must prepare and appropriately connect and operate necessary equipment, software, communication means, etc., at their own expense and responsibility. Users must take security measures against computer virus infection, unauthorized access, and information leakage according to their usage environment. The operating team is not involved in and is not responsible for the user's usage environment.

Article 7 Handling of Personal Information

The operating team will handle personal information appropriately according to the operating team's 'Privacy Policy'.

Article 8 Viewing and Using Statistical Data, etc.

The operating team may create statistical data by processing, aggregating, and analyzing content, registration information, etc., so that individuals cannot be identified or specified, and may view and use (including allowing third parties to view and use, providing as marketing materials, developing new functions of this service, and market research, but not limited to these) such usage history or statistical data without any restrictions, and users hereby agree to this in advance.

Article 9 Copyright of Content

If the content handled by users in this service qualifies as a copyrighted work, the copyright for such work shall be reserved to the user. Users shall not exercise moral rights of authorship against the operating team and third parties licensed by the operating team to use the work. Except for the copyrights specified in the preceding paragraph, copyrights and other rights related to content associated with this service belong to the operating team, and users may not reproduce, screen, publicly transmit, distribute, transfer, lend, translate, adapt, or otherwise use the content related to this service without permission.

Article 10 Prohibited Actions by Users

Users must not engage in or may be judged by the operating team to engage in the following actions: Actions violating these terms, etc., laws, or public order and morals; Illegal acts, criminal acts, antisocial acts, or acts that imply, induce, promote, or recommend such acts; Acts that infringe the copyrights, trademark rights, etc., of the operating team, users, or third parties; Acts that infringe the property, credit, reputation, or privacy of the operating team, users, or third parties; Use of this service for profit or commercial purposes (except with the consent of the operating team); Acts that place an excessive burden on the server beyond normal use, promote such acts, or otherwise hinder the operation of this service; Sending or posting harmful computer programs, etc.; Other acts deemed inappropriate by the operating team.

Article 11 Response to Violations

If the operating team judges that a user has violated these terms, etc., the operating team may take the following measures, but is not obligated to do so: Demand the user to stop the violating act and not to repeat similar acts; Delete or correct the violation; Temporarily suspend the use of this service; Disclose the fact of violation within and outside this service (including providing information to the police and other public institutions in cases that may constitute criminal cases, etc.). The operating team is not responsible for any disadvantage or damage to users resulting from the measures in the preceding paragraph. Please note that the operating team does not accept any questions or complaints regarding actions taken according to this article.

Article 12 Disclaimer of the Operating Team

Users agree that the operating team is not liable for damages arising from or related to (1) the use or inability to use this service, (2) unauthorized access or unauthorized modification, (3) actions of other users in this service, (4) impersonation by third parties, (5) and other matters related to this service (including all disadvantages such as mental anguish or loss of profits and other financial losses). The operating team does not guarantee the truthfulness, timeliness, or certainty of information provided. The operating team is not responsible for any damages incurred by users in relation to the information provided. The investment information provided with this service by the operating team or third parties is intended for general information and is not intended as advice on investment decisions based on analysis of the value of securities or financial products, etc. The operating team does not guarantee that this service is free of defects (including defects in software licensed from third parties). If a defect in this service is discovered, the operating team will endeavor to correct it but is not responsible for any damages incurred by users due to defects in this service. Users are responsible for saving, managing, and backing up the content and registration information they edit at their own responsibility. Even if the content and registration information edited and used by users are partially or completely lost or altered, the operating team is not responsible for restoring or any other responsibilities. Users acknowledge in advance that the use of this service may be partially or completely unavailable due to the termination of partnerships with third parties affiliated with the operating team, changes in the service content or management policy of third parties, or the inability of users to use part or all of the services of such third parties. The operating team is not responsible for any damages incurred by users in relation to the services of third parties affiliated with the operating team. The operating team is not responsible for any troubles between users or between users and third parties. If a dispute or similar occurs between users or between a user and a third party and the operating team must directly respond to it unavoidably, the user shall compensate the operating team for all damages, costs (including reasonable attorney fees), etc., incurred by the operating team.

Article 13 Temporary Suspension of Service Operation due to Maintenance Work, etc.

The operating team may temporarily suspend the operation of this service without prior notice or consent from users in the following cases, and users hereby agree to this in advance: When performing maintenance or changing specifications or repairing defects in the system related to this service; When a natural disaster or other emergency occurs or is likely to occur, or when the operation of this service becomes difficult or impossible due to the amendment or enactment of laws, etc.; When the operating team deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the operation of this service for other unavoidable reasons. The operating team is not responsible for any inability of users to use this service due to the temporary suspension of operation as specified in the preceding paragraph.

Article 14 Representation and Guarantee for Exclusion of Antisocial Forces

The user represents and warrants to the management team that they do not belong to, and will not belong to, during the initial use of this service and throughout its future use, the following: - Organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, affiliated companies of organized crime groups - Corporate blackmailers, etc., groups or individuals similar to social movement extortionists or special intelligence violent groups The user represents and warrants that they will not, either by themselves or through a third party, engage in the following acts during the initial use of this service and throughout its future use: - Violent demands or undue demands exceeding legal responsibility - Threatening behavior or acts of violence in transactions - Spreading rumors, using deception or force to damage the credibility of the management team or interfere with their operations In the event that the user violates this clause, the management team will respond to the violation in accordance with this agreement and other regulations.

Article 15 Transfer of Rights and Obligations

The user shall not transfer or lend to a third party, nor provide as collateral, any rights and obligations based on their status under this agreement without the prior written consent of the management team. In the event that the management team transfers the business related to this service due to a merger, business transfer, or other reasons to a third party, they may transfer the position under this agreement, the rights and obligations based on this agreement, and the user's registration information and content to the successor of such business, and the user agrees to this in advance.

Article 16 Severability

Even if a provision of this agreement is deemed invalid based on laws, the other provisions of this agreement shall remain valid. Even if a provision of this agreement is deemed invalid or cancelled in relation to a certain user, this agreement shall remain valid in relation to other users.
